Overview / Job Description

We are a leading Fin Tech company specializing in delivering electronic payments using fast, efficient and secure one-time use virtual credit cards. The company processes billions of dollars in electronic and virtual credit card payments and is a trusted payment partner for thousands of financial institutions (FI’s), payment processors and accounts payable management firms around the globe.We are currently seeking a Team Lead to support our customer facing Client Services team. This hands on position will assist in our burgeoning financial institution client base (payment senders) and the associated network of payment receiving businesses (payment receivers). The ideal candidate will get an opportunity to train and develop a team of Client Service Managers, train, motivate and deliver on company’s goals to achieve expected performance levels. The primary responsibility within this role includes conducting outbound calls to new billers/suppliers and maintaining ongoing relationships. This position requires strong communication skills as well as maintaining highest Client Service standards with the assigned financial institution / payment senders’ clients as well as a network of payment receivers.The selected candidate will be a go-to valuable resource to the Client Services team whose primary role is to on board new suppliers while ensuring high standards of client satisfaction. The candidate should be a strong communicator and demonstrate the ability to lead a group of Client Service Managers.The qualified candidate will serve as a SME to provide support and seamless communication to suppliers, client service managers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of client relationships post implementation and customer support
  • Accept and assist with inbound and outbound calls from suppliers
  • Mentor and train new hire employees
  • Support new biller onboarding calls; outbound calls
  • Review calls for (Quality ), monitor calls
  • Conduct alias biller research, tracking and configuration of clients
  • Train the steps required for payment process; 1st payments for billers
  • Conduct client retention efforts
  • Identify areas for improving biller performance
  • Document, track and report campaign status and progress to clients, partners and leadership


  • 4 year college degree preferred
  • Account Management or Client Service experience preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Customer or Client Relations field
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with and train team members
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong outbound calling experience is a requirement
