CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER- Prior experience in a customer service management position is essential for this role. Applicants without this background will not be considered.

Duties and responsibilities: –

· Supervise customer service team- Supervisory duties include coaching, training & motivating staff.

· Respond to customer inquiries- Interaction with customers across several channels including phone, email, chat & through social media. The customer service manager must ensure that responses are accurate and provided in a timely manner.

· Focus on customer satisfaction- Handle problematic jobs and rectify to the customers’ satisfaction.

· Responding to online reviews- Applicants will have competent written English to be able to respond to positive & negative online feedback.

· Develop policies and procedures- Balancing customer needs and supporting the goals of the organization.

· Scheduling- Must become a super user of Microsoft Dynamics D365 bookings software and be able to schedule customer jobs accurately & efficiently.

· Commercial awareness- Develop an understanding of the importance of maintaining profitability.

· Communication with teams- Maintain constant & consistent communication with technicians & drivers.

· Recruitment- Assist with assessing required skills for customer service applicants, including technical competency, problem solving & communication.

· Train staff- Develop activities for new and experienced team members to improve customer service training.

Experience & skills required: –

· Prior experience in a customer service management position is essential for this role. Applicants without this background will not be considered

· Experience of supervising a team

· Ability to perform under pressure and handle challenging customer feedback

· Knowledge & understanding of Microsoft Dynamics D365 or a similar customer service booking software would be a considerable advantage

· English speaker

· Confident & clear phone communication

Package details: –

· Salary 12,500 dhs

· 5 days a week with a weekend rotation- 1 week Sat / Sun off, 1 week split weekend

· Vacation- 24 working days

· Medical insurance
