Key Accountabilities:
Manage coordinate and maintain calendar of the CEO including appointments meetings and travel and communicating reminders when necessary.
Responsible for organizing and prioritizing the CEO’s tasks based on urgency.
Provide executive and administrative support to CEO and other company employees when necessary.
Monitor and respond to incoming communications including complaints to CEO’s office including phone calls,emails and walk-ins ensuring correct department distribution.
Manage interruption of walk-ins in particular and prioritize based on urgency br Secretarial support for meetings as and when required by the CEO including drafting and circulating meeting agendas preparing minutes communicating meeting reminders .
Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post meeting.
Drafting and writing high quality emails reports and presentations as required by the CEO.
Communicating important updates and information to company as required by the managing director.
Responsible for managing the CEO’s personal drivers daily schedule in line with daily requirements.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
