Van Cleef & Arpels t of America is currently seeking for a Logistics Coordinator, for our After-sales department, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Logistics Coordinator processes all shipments for repairs, parts order to customers and organizes international shipments to our Headquarters.
MISSION:
Ships parts orders, eCommerce orders and repairs to boutiques and customers.
Opens repair packages and transfers product to repairs department
Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed efficiently and safely.
Answers main line
Emails customers tracking information
Coordinates pickups for customer repair watches
Maintains a clean and organized workspace in the pack room
Picks spare parts for repairs
Processes shipments of watch movements to HQ.
Receives and checks repaired watches and spare parts that arrived from our Headquarters
Maintains the vault room organized
Logs in shipments as they come
Investigates thoroughly shipment issues or losses of shipments
Able to lift packages up to 50lbs.
Other activities as assigned by management

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
Demonstrated ability to adeptly manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail;
Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner orally and in writing
