Overview / Job Description
|Position Overview: To develop, implement and measure an organizational marketing and communications strategy to increase awareness and support for United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley, to position United Way as a community impact leader and to promote community involvement in United Way.
Compensation & Benefits: $40,000 – $44,000 dependent upon qualifications and experience, plus $600/month flex benefit plan after 90 days of continuous employment.
Work Schedule: Office hours are flexible but are to include a minimum of 40 hours per week of work, not including lunches and breaks. There are rare cases where early morning, evening and weekend work is necessary.
United Way Commitment: Maintain a current understanding of and ability to articulate to the community UWGCV’s community impact model, focus activities, and results. Participate in appropriate internal and external committees in support of UWGCV’s community impact work.
