Job Purpose:

Lead the Construction activities under the Construction Manager, and assist and liaison with the other Project Team members as applicable Ensure that all activities and works in the area of ​​responsibility are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements of Qafco, Qafco 7 and the relevant Authorities

Your main duties will be to:-

• Ensure implementation of the Qafco 7 Contract requirements in area of ​​responsibility and report any deviation to the Project Manager through the line responsible
• Actively contribute to safety walks, reporting of accidents and investigation of accidents
• Ensure that the works are being done in accordance with the Quality requirements of the Project
• Reports on the progress of all activities within own discipline
• Follow up EPCC Contractor and Subcontractors within own discipline scope during engineering and construction phases in order to ensure the quality and safety aspects of the work.
• Follow up EPCC Contractor/Subcontractors with regard to interpretation and proper implementation of the technical content of the EPCC Contract documents
  Follow up the erection and installation works on Site to ensure correct installation according to approved Work Method Statements and Issued for Construction drawings
• Ensure valid standards, technical requirements and good engineering practices to ensure projects are executed in line with agreed specifications
  Follow up and verify the status of Mechanical Completion activities and EPCC Contractor’s achievement of Milestones
• Assist Construction Manager in coordination of the discipline scope and activity towards Qafco
• Verify and close punch items in area of ​​responsibility Follow up preservation of Site
  Inspect Spares Parts and Special Tools Identify, report and follow up risks within own area of ​​responsibility Follow up and report on the progress including detection of deviation from the schedule
• Verify status of Mechanical Completion activities and EPCC Contractor’s achievement of milestones Coordination of the discipline scope and activity towards Qafco Ensure that EPCC Contractor schedule is commissioning driven and follow up schedule and progress including detection of deviation from the EPCC Contract schedule, Follow up and monitor all relevant critical path activities throughout the Project execution,
• Verify status of Mechanical Completion activities,
  Verify EPCC Contractor’s achievement of milestones in accordance with the requirements of EPCC Contract, Assists the Commissioning team in Punch items categorization, tracking and resolution for systems mechanical completion,
  Verify and close punch items in area of ​​responsibility

Ideally, you will have Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized University with minimum of 12+ years direct and relevant experience related to Project Control Management in large EPCC Projects with oil/gas or petrochemical or fertilizer industry.

Ammonia and Urea Fertilizer experience in Projects and Operation/Maintenance is an advantage.

You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Ideally, you will have Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University.

12+ years direct and relevant discipline experience in large EPCC Projects related to oil/gas or petrochemical or fertilizer industry. Experience in Ammonia and Urea Fertilizer Projects/Plants is an advantage.

You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Purpose:

This position is a unique opportunity to functionally operate and repair hydraulic systems for various heavy lifting vehicles and portable equipment.

Supervision of spare parts replacements by using proper tools and manufactures specifications.

Diagnose the electrical and electronic defect in the machines and rectified the defects.

Analyze current procedures and activities to identify opportunities for improvement of workshop & SERVICE activities.

Liaison with the unit concerned to ensure maximum availability of vehicles/equipment.

Analyze data to identify performance and develop option for corrective action and make decisions.

Preparation of reports and records stipulated by the ISO standards and procedures.

Identify the materials requirements for the PM activities, CM activities 6 month in advance and share with the SITE in charge and QG focal point.

Review WORK ORDERS to ensure that all actions have been documented according to the company policies and procedures in conjunction with direct supervisor.

Job Purpose.

The NFE Onshore Lead Quality coordinates site inspection of the work to verify project quality requirements for Construction at Ras Laffan Site.

Responsible for ensuring Company participation in site inspection and tests activities. The Lead Quality shall coordinate quality surveillance assessments and provide direction to site Quality Control (QC) inspection personnel.  Monitors and verifies the key elements of the Flawless Execution to ensure a robust completion of the work and turnover.

Your main duties will be to:

• Monitors the effective coordination of the construction Quality surveillance program.
• Conducts Company Construction Quality Verification (inspections) in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
•  Verifies the completeness and correctness of ITPs and Inspection Test Records (ITRs), check sheets and deliverables.
• Reviews and provides comments to Contractor’s construction and quality procedures
•  Participates in Contractor’s site quality audits
• Participate in project-specific quality orientation and training
• Interfaces with Contractor and verifies the material preservation program
• Applies extensive hands-on, industry-based experience & knowledge to promote problem solving and support execution of the work.
• Promotes and monitors key processes such as Deficiency Reporting, Specification Deviation Request, Non-conformance Request, Corrective Action Reports, etc.
• Conducts Construction Assessments (CA) to verify Contractor’s quality management system and project specification compliance.
