Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

As an Intern your role will entail the following

  • Coordinate and liaise with sales team, customers, Partners for tasks assigned by sales team.
  • Support preparation of necessary documentation for offer submission, order processing and logistic coordination between the partners and the OM team.
  • Support preparation of necessary technical documents and letters to the partners on a timely basis.
  • Helps the sales by working very closely with the Order Management team and track the deliveries of the orders and communicate to partners on a timely basis.
  • Having weekly meetings with major partners to understand the delivery expectations and coordinate with the OM team to support on the same.
  • Support the sales team with the yearly Partner certification process and the necessary documentation associated with the same.
  • Independently handle industry tools and other administrative processes such as Damex etc.
  • Prepare product-based quotations by doing necessary minimal configurations for received enquiries based on site visits and customer meetings / process requirements to align on the customer technical needs.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

  • You should be a fresh 2022 graduate of Electric/Electronic Engineering.
  • You should be proficient in MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Word.
  • You should have passion to learn and go the extra mile to support the Sales team and the customers.
  • Technical knowledge of Electrical and Electronics domain would be preferred.

Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

In this role you will be responsible for Order Intake and Customer Relationships for our Building Technology Service Division covering Building Automation, Fire and Security portfolio. Full responsibility of preparation of quotations, acquisition of orders and achieving Sales target.

  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships, through regular and continued interaction and a pro-active / innovative approach sharing ideas. Essential to know customer requirements, expectations, and internal politics.
  • Prospecting, Sourcing, proposition comprehensive services which meet clients’ requirements, supporting the preparation of quotations and tender documents strictly under the policy’s price list margin guidelines of Siemens, selling launching, handling over jobs to execution team.
  • You will be responsible for the target bid price and defining / defending the best bid / sales strategy in order to win the order, ultimately winning the bid and meeting sales targets.
  • Preparing, developing, and maintaining healthy pipeline of sales opportunities, including keeping the Siemens sales funnel tool valid and up to date at all times.

Reporting about sales actions, achievements, status and forecasts of opportunities, any matters enhancing and affecting the sales targets and strategy.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

  • Engineering Degree is required
  • Minimum 7 years of Service Sales experience with 5 years in Qatar Market
  • Service Business and ELV systems
  • QCD preferred
  • Good negotiation skills, strategic thinking, good communication
  • English, Arabic is preferred

Project Manager for Grid Software

Key Responsibilities

  • Fully understand customer objectives, and projects contractual scope and obligations
  • Responsible of the Planning, scheduling, budgeting and reporting
  • Maintain strong customer relationship and effective communication
  • Manage resources through efficient planning and identifying required skills
  • Highlighting potential opportunities and risks that should be raised to Management
  • Close monitoring of the resources and subcontractors assigned work
  • Review all types of documents before sending to customers
  • Identify and qualify the right subcontractors with the help of procurement
  • Manage projects according to [email protected] guidelines
  • Drive variation orders from running projects by proper change management and promoting extra value to customers
  • Prepare and conduct regional Project Review Meetings on a regular basis
  • Support in building regional delivery teams, identify strengths and weaknesses, and support the improvement of the teams
  • Support the regions in creating competitive, technically and commercially accurate offers and drive the respective approval processes
  • Participate in field sales activities, business development initiatives to contribute to grow the pipeline and achieve sales targets.
  • Define processes that can be used across the Business Unit which are in line with the global Grid SW solutions strategy
  • Coordinate resources across the region to ensure we maintain productivity goals in each one.
  • Support on the product development in order to insure the time to delivery of  rollout features or product enhancement to comply with signed contracts or offers in build
  • Follow on the Product Life cycle Management, when supporting product implementation.

Required Skills / Experience

  • At least 8 years of project management experience in the fields of Software development, Integration and Smartgrids
  • Experience in working with utilities preferably within the Smart Grid market (i.e. Grid Control, Grid Simulation, Smart Metering, Grid edge, Consulting).
  • Experience in managing software and integration projects using Agile methodology.
  • [email protected] or PMP certification is a must
  • Motivated by continuous learning, and initiative driven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers internal/external.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects under pressure.
  • Experience with international and cross border projects
  • Intercultural experience and team building skills
  • Ability and flexibility to adjust and thrive in environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.
