Job Description
Sia Partners is looking for bright and highly motivated Consultants committed to building relationships and delivering results. We are interested in people with excellent track records during their education as well as successful and relevant job experiences. As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients and will have to assume following responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Knowledge of oil and gas industry is a big plus
• Good knowledge of project management and coordination best practices
• Good knowledge of change management, marketing and communication best practices
• Good knowledge of information systems implementations
• Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to compile marketing presentations and material, communications videos, training material, technical documentation

Qualifications
To be successful in your application, you must have..

• 3-5 years of experience within management consulting
• Strong academic background, Masters degree / MBA is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and oral), Arabic is a plus
• Ability to adapt rapidly, and work on a range of different business areas within a challenging environment and tight deadlines
• Analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
• Ideally based in Qatar or willing to relocate to Qatar, if not Qatar, then MEA
