Director of Housekeeping
We are looking for a Director of Housekeeping to be responsible for supervising the housekeeping operations and delegating tasks to the housekeeping staff.

What you will be doing:
- Lead a team of multinational housekeepers, laundry attendants and public space attendants to continuously improve cleanliness and productivity
- Hire, train and supervise housekeeping staff
- Establish and implement operating procedures and standards
- Plan and schedule proper staffing accordingly for all special events
- Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget
- Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness
- Plan and co-ordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their crews
- Prepare reports for management information
Your experience and skills include:
- 10 years or more of Housekeeping experience in a similar role
- Previous manager experience
- Strong Leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Highly responsible, organized & reliable
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

What you will be doing:
- You will be reporting directly to the GM
- Provide full secretarial, translation and administration services to the Executive Office
- Provide full PA translation and secretarial assistance to the General Manager, including preparation of correspondence, screening telephone calls and organizing appointments
- Liaise with the Executive Committee members to ensure reporting deadlines to Division/Regional Offices and Owners Representatives are met
- Attend and transcribe minutes of weekly Department Heads Meeting for distribution to Department Heads
