Job Summary:

Premium Capital Consultants is a Qatari based management consultancy firm, which provides expertise and equity solutions, operating in Doha. PCC aims to nurture and enrich businesses to help them reach their best potential.

We are looking for Sales Executives who will have to define strategies and focus on activities that will help to achieve better sales results.

You should have a good knowledge of various sales techniques and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and assist channel partners/Agencies in achieving their sales targets.
  • Engage partner sales/account teams to identify opportunities for new business.
  • Develop, manage and report on partner sales funnel with accountability on revenue

targets.

  • Work hand-in-hand with partners through entire sales process including sales

materials, customer explanations, etc.

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position

in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.

  • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects

and recommending solutions.

  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;

researching and recommending new solutions/opportunities; recommending profit and
service improvements.

  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry

trends, market activities, and competitors.

  • Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;

reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
  • Candidate must possess at least 3 years’ experience in Sales / Channel Management or be specializing in regions sales or equivalent.
  • Preferable Telco experience, but not essential
  • Previous experience in GCC will be an added advantage
  • Good communication skill, aggressive, dynamic, result oriented and presentation skill.
  • Aggressive and hungry for higher sales commissions
  • Personal strength: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative skill with the ability to perform

under pressure in a challenging environment and a team player

  • Ability to speak in Arabic, Hindi & Malayalam will be an added advantage
  • Valid Qatar Driving Licence is mandatory
