We are assisting a leading, multinational, financial services organisation in their search for an Office Manager to establish and manage their new Dubai office.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively set up all aspects of the office including all laws and regulations setups. Working closely with the regional manager you will be responsible for all areas of office management including; office fit-out, hiring and onboarding, HR, administration and secretarial duties, PRO and finance support duties.
This will be a diverse, busy role working closely with the Head Office in the UK. It is a great opportunity to create a new role from scratch, making your own mark on the position and company, growing as the company grows. The position will initially cover the UAE but will grow across the Middle East and Asia, therefore candidates with exposure to Europe, Middle East, and Asia markets will be prioritised.
To be successful in this opportunity you must match the below criteria:
Solid UAE office management/HR experience within a start-up environment
Experience with DMCC will be highly desirable
Financial services experience will also be highly desirable

Piermont Search is assisting a number of prominent Government entities in Abu Dhabi in their search for experienced, Emirati Executive Assistants to support their prestigious management team.
The ideal candidates will provide top-level assistance for high-level VIP executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf.
Responsibilities:
Calendar and travel management for executives
Aid executives in preparing material for meetings (strong PowerPoint skills will be advantageous)
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all relevant local governmental bureaus, agencies, and authorities as appropriate
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
At least 4 years of executive administrative support to senior management
