In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support communications for all the Philips sector in Middle East, both external and internal. You will have the chance to participate in building, protecting and promoting the Philips brand with all key stakeholders audiences – including employees – across all relevant touch points supporting short- and long-term business results.
You are responsible for
Providing operational support of senior management
Supporting local execution of Internal communication & engagement on brand vision
Planning and executing of local partnership and sponsorship
Managing local internal and external branding activities

You are responsible for
Developing, maintaining and improving relations with a limited number of key-accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier.
Initiating and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.
Creating an account plan for each key-account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group.
Creating and implementing action programs for and with the key-accounts to improve the performance of Philips.
Driving the performance of the functions in the key-account team to get it done.
Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
University Degree in Marketing, Business or Sales
Minimum of 7 years of experience in consumer electronics or FMCG sales within Middle East and/or North Africa
Multinational company experience is must
Experience in building and executing account strategy
Excellent communication skills in English, French or Arabic language is a plus
Strong command of MS office applications is needed
Professional knowledge and experience in the use of relevant marketing and sales techniques.
Knowledge of logistics and process management.
Managing independent negotiations with customers, within given guidelines and sales plan.
Able to give presentations on account management level.
Has a complete knowledge of company products and services.
Able to frequently interact with customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
Able to lead a cooperative effort among members of project team
