We are looking to add a Field Service Supervisor to our Nikkiso Cryogenic Service (NCS) team in Qatar.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on commissioning, troubleshooting, service, and repair of cryogenic pumps and related equipment for the LNG and industrial gases industries
• Provide high level technical support to customers at their location, handle warranty requests and respond to customer questions
• Provide on-site equipment training to customers; support installation, commissioning, repair, and spare parts management
• Create field service reports and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork

Position Requirements:

• Technically competent with mechanics and software of cryogenic pumps and related equipment for the LNG and industrial gases industries
• Ability to read prints and schematics
• Mechanically inclined with good problem solving skills
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Ability to communicate with customers at all levels
• Ability to speak English

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with cryogenic pumping equipment
• Experience with turbo machinery
