The foundational responsibilities and purpose for the Associate Pediatric Nutrition Repesentative is to generate demand through healthcare professional recommendations for assigned products in the in the Gerber Product Portfolio within designated customer touch points, to grow customer sales. Results in territory are measured by territory sales, goals, increating HCP recommendations, territory business planning, effective cycle call execution (impacts per day, HCP reach and frequency), and other business-related activities within their objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate demand (Non-WIC sales and Market Share) through HCP recommendations for the Gerber Product Portfolio in targeted touchpoints which may include but not limited to the Pediatrician office, utilizing appropriate HCP classification, segmentation, targeting, and cycle planning
  • Successfully engage HCPs through multichannel approach to include F2F and remote and digital to include phone, video, e-mail, SMS, FAX, Med CONNECT, in-services, or webinars
  • Timely completion of all administrative and iLearn responsibilities to support business. Participation in Cycle and Mid-Cycle calls that provide direction on business objectives and messaging.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or business related 4-year degree.
  • Experience discussing issue with decision makers during a sale &/or physicians, dietitian, nurses, and other clinical professionals.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales function and/or working in a hospital institution.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
