The Collection Support Specialist position is required to maintain compliance and completion of all daily job duties with accuracy and within the guidelines of company policies and procedures. In addition, the position is responsible for accurately generating, processing and remitting payments to the State in a timely and efficient manner.
This is NOT a remote position.
Process taxpayer application requests.
Retrieve distribute the daily mail from the mailroom
Print daily referral and application requests
Enter and review form requests for accuracy
Identify and return any incorrect applications to management
Prepare and report daily mailings submitted to mailroom
Prepare, track, and submit reports
Log and track daily call trends, requests and project statistics
Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information
Prepare and maintain accurate excel sheets and logs to report to client and management.
Checking and distributing taxpayer accounts and correspondence
Review, organize all forms, referrals and call tracking files kept on site for the client.
Maintain files are organized, current and able to be retrieved upon request.
Maintain adequate form levels for each supervisor
Forward files to client upon request.
Communicate with management to resolve outstanding matters
Partner with client and management staff in researching and resolving questions on accounts.
Communicate with with supervisory staff of issues with requests
Compile, summarize and analyze statistical data
Verify with Sr. management that appropriate approvals are obtained for specific accounts when required.
Notifies management and client of any statistical variance
Requirements
6 months experience in a Clerical/Administrative environment or equivalent.
High School Diploma
Must have calculator, math and keyboarding skills.
Good organizational skills along with quality written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and aptitude for retrieving, analyzing, entering, and verifying information using a combination of systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and manual worksheets.
Ability to create wide range pivot tables.
Must be able to quickly learn and expeditiously apply Governmental contract rules and Company rules, policies and procedures related to Collection Support.

THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION LASTING A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS OR LONGER.
The COVID-19 Vaccination Call Center Representative is responsible for assisting with consumer registration in the state provided online vaccination registration system, provide guidance on scheduling wait times, schedule vaccination appointments in the state provided online vaccination registration system, refer consumers to additional resources and other help-lines both through interactive voice response and, if needed, through a warm handoff. Outbound duties are to make reminder calls to potential recipients who have previously registered but not scheduled a vaccine appointment yet. Contact targeted populations for vaccination registration and make reminder calls to those who missed or have not scheduled second dose vaccine appointments. The individual will serve a vital role in controlling the spread of the virus during the pandemic. Valuable, paid training will be provided to ensure the representative has the tools and skills they need to assist with the public health response. The duration of this temporary role will be a minimum of 6 months or longer depending on need.
Responsibilities:
1. Consumer Call Center Agents.
Follow all scripts, policies and procedures provided by Xtend, and comply with Xtend and Xtend Client’s training regarding confidential information related to personal information.
Answer inbound calls from state consumers on the COVID-19 virus, register consumers for the vaccination and schedule appointments in the state provided system.
Provide consumers with additional resources and other help lines.
Make reminder calls to potential recipients who have previously registered but not scheduled a vaccine appointment.
Contact targeted populations for registration.
Make reminder calls to those who missed or have not scheduled a second dose vaccine appointment.
Record information in the online, secure client management system.
Report appropriate information to leadership to assist with decision making, situational awareness and appropriate. interventions to control outbreaks.
Maintain daily communication with supervisor/lead on activities and tasks.
2. Training.
Attend training as necessary.
Keep all training documents organized and keep abreast of new information.
Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma
