The position of Sales Coordinator works closely with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities include the following:
Provide support and assistance to the Sales Engineer / fellow assigned team members in order to achieve the objective and corporate objective assigned by the management.
Follow up on quotation and order status, including interaction with the client and other management as needed to finalize the order.
Coordinate with Operations Department to ensure that LPO received is booked on time as per available materials.
Coordination between client and store and providing accurate delivery details (date, responsible person, location) to ensure materials are delivered on time.
Generate requests for samples, catalogs, submitted technical materials, and general business letter.
Checking and filtering all pending items that were not delivered on time due to unavailability.
Preparing the reports set by the sales manager such as monthly sales forecast, item update, pending quotations and any other support function that may arise.
Coordinate with the engineering team for all clarifications and inquiries raised by the client and ensure that the same is answered in a timely manner. What we are looking for:
Good understanding of the selling process in the fire safety industry.
At least 3-5 years as a sales coordinator or secretarial position in the fire and safety industry.
Proven experience in sales; Experience as a sales coordinator or in other management positions.
Excellent follow-up skills and perseverance.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Basic Qualifications:
A degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, science or engineering.
Excellent communication, training and presentation skills.
Good understanding of the sales process in the fire safety industry.
At least 3-5 years as a sales coordinator or secretarial position in the fire and safety industry.
Proven experience in sales; Experience as a sales coordinator or in other management positions.
