  • Lead both tactical and strategic decision-making for multiple software projects.
  • Lead and contribute to resourcing, prioritization, and tradeoffs for meeting software delivery goals.
  • Gather, coalesce, and present status of software projects to higher management.
  • Contribute to the design of complex software projects.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, equivalent relevant discipline
  • Or equivalent industry experience
  • 3 years of hardware program or project management experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas
  • Hardware or software design, sustaining engineering, reliability testing and/or technical analysis
  • Planning, development, and execution of change management with proven success in management of complex, cross-disciplinary, technology projects
  • Data collection, interpretation, and presentation
  • High complexity hardware program development
  • Computer architecture system design with high performance CPU/SoC
  • Strategic thinking, communicating transparently, effectively, and persuasively across a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences, and tracking work actions, progress, and appropriate contingencies thoroughly and on a timely basis
