About The Job

In the capacity of Receptionist, you will be a key member of the Corporate Services Team at our Corporate Head Office located at 4711 Yonge Street. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Service you will support the office services administration function, working closely with other Team members, contractors and consultants. The end objective is to provide excellent customer service relations to employees, guests and visitors, in keeping with the Company’s standards of excellence.



  • Corporate Reception Desk – act as one of two primary ambassadors at the Reception Desk, responsible for directing incoming requests from employees, guests and visitors via phone, email and in-person. This includes receiving and dispatching courier packages and mail. In addition, this function is responsible for the booking of all boardrooms.
  • Facilities Management – The role is a key member of the Team engaged in the following daily activities:
  • Inspection of common areas including Staff Lounge, Serveries, Dining Rooms and Boardrooms to ensure standards of presentation, health and safety and hygiene are maintained.
  • Inspection of office equipment including printer/copier devices and mail machine.
  • Monitoring inventories of various types of supplies for the operation of the premises.
  • Expense Management – updating various expense tracking databases as directed.



  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma
  • 3+ years of progressive work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Outlook;
  • A team player who is able to handle pressure with professionalism and tact.
