Human Resources Coordinator – Government Relations
The Human Resources Coordinator – Government Relations is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in all administrative and other assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Employment requests are acknowledged within 48 hours.
All new joiners are personally welcomed and necessary paperwork completed in an organized and efficient manner.
Provide smooth and efficient administrative support in the Government Relations section of Human Resources Department by assisting the Government Relations Supervisor.
Every employee has a complete legal file – Visa, Qatar IDs, etc.
Assist the Government Relations Supervisor in submitting and tracking correct documentation to the Immigration for visa approvals and visa applications (new visas, visas transfers etc)
Assist the Government Relations Supervisor in to take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork.
Assist the Government Relations Supervisor to arrange medical tests, passports handling, fingerprints, RP renewals, RP cancellations and exit permits
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
One (1) year in a similar HR position within a luxury brand or an international company
Familiar with labour laws and regulations
Proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic is required

The Spa Therapist is responsible to perform the Spa treatments for the guest as per the predefined Kempinski and Clarins standards. The Spa Therapist should possess good selling techniques for the Spa and the retail and should also maintain highest standards of hygiene at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Daily operations based on the business requirements while keeping a track of tasks completed within the working hours
Attend daily shift briefings and monthly departmental meeting scheduled by the Spa Manager while ensuring to take notes, complete follow ups if needed
Follow the opening and closing procedures of the spa including cash count, set ups, booking review & shift end
To ensure that the treatment rooms are tidy and set up as per the standards
Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures
Be updated on the latest hotel/Spa events and promotions and inform the guest accordingly
Relieve the Spa receptionist on the days off and during busy operations
Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention
At all times adhere to the Kempinski behavioural standards
Promote the Spa treatment, promotions and the retail
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Should possess good selling techniques for the Spa and the retail
Should maintain highest standards of hygiene at all times
Should be fluent in English
Diploma from a recognized institute in Various massages, Body treatments and Beauty treatments
Thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities
