Luxoft UAE Jobs Careers Description/Overview

Largest lender in UAE is looking for Business analyst profiles to work in their treasury team. Successful candidate must have strong capital markets exposure and should have attitude to work in a challenging environment.
This is a long term onsite role

Responsibilities

 Support with strategic projects and initiatives along with BAU tasks, including various digital and e-channels initiatives
 Run projects and new activity working committee from initiation to completion while adhering to the policy guidelines; planning, designing, budgeting, implementation and maintain formal documentation
 Act as the liaison between business and stakeholders for requirements gathering, UAT, reviews, walkthrough’s and sign offs for projects and BAU items (including GM BoW)

Skills

Must have

• 8+ years of experience in implementing treasury management solution for large banks and / or corporates.
• Should have strong treasury management experience and concepts – Cash centralization, liquidity / Cash management, Payments, Investments, Trades, Hedging, Netting etc.
• Experience in integrating corporate ERP’s to the Treasury Management solution.
• Understanding of corporate treasury functions and working.
• Stakeholder management / interaction with good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to articulate business and client requirements into techno functional / treasury solutions

Nice to have

• Good to have experience in implementation of white labeled banking products / services.
• Good to have experience in implementing projects using Agile Methodology and tools such as JIRA etc.
• Good to have experience in Core banking / Host to Host banking projects and implementations
• Experience in Cloud implementations (preferably Azure.)
• Any relevant Banking and Agile certifications.
• Any specific experience on treasury systems such as ION (Reval) / Treasury Express etc.
