The Product Merchandiser will be in charge of one product categories for the Middle East region, reporting to the Head of Merchandising.
Animation and follow-up the product categories within the store network (regular visits and contacts with the stores to maintain a live connection between stores and head office in order to transfer information on the business, to share a common vision, etc.),
Analysis of the commercial performance in the store network in order to :
Drive the business in a proactive way,
Get trends data and store by store performance picture,
Insure the rebalancing of stock,
Follow-up the sell-through pattern,
Coordinating the launch of new collections in the stores,
Participating in buying sessions in Paris,
Involvement in training of the store teams in collaboration with the training team,
In general, animation of the product categories
Being able to manage the product categories (volume and quantity, strategy, dynamic, price, etc),
Profile
Real expertise and passion for Fashion and Retail in general,
3 to 5 years of experiences in Product Merchandiser, Buyer and/or Retail,
Team player and able to build strong relationships with peers, management and the store network in a multilingual and multicultural environment,
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment,
Strong analytical skills,
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage,
Very good knowledge of MS Office, Power BI is a plus.
