    EM B2B Channel Sales & Alliances Manager

    Logitech is looking for a talented leader and team player to fill a highly visible role in our Emerging Markets B2B Sales organization. The EM Channel Sales & Alliances Manager will be responsible for the implementation of Channel strategic initiatives & develop partnerships with key Alliances as part of the EM B2B team.

    This is a critical role that will help Logitech transform our GTM strategy to support our growth to a multi-million-dollar division. The responsibilities of this role include partnering with the Logitech Global & Regional B2B sales organization to implement strategies that have been designed and aligned upon to drive growth for Personal Workspaces & Video Collaborations globally.

    The leader for this role must be very strong at working cross functionally at all levels of the organization, have a track record of constructively disturbing the status Quo, with great energy, initiative and leadership qualities that inspire teaming and trust to influence cross functional teams in support of defining and evolving our GTM strategy while amaze external


    In this role you will manage by influence the cluster Alliances & Channel managers and their extended teams of Channel Account Managers across EM clusters and will report to the Head of EM B2B Sales.

    In this role you will:

    • Assess EM organizational operational capacity by region and function.
    • Partner with cluster B2B Sales leaders to design segmentation, coverage and resource planning.
    • Develop Annual and Quarterly GTM strategy by engaging cross-functional teams including Sales, Category, Finance and Marketing.
    • Provide thought leadership, perform business analysis, and support execution of high-impact strategic projects and mission-critical initiatives.
    • Development of sell-in / sell-out programs & partner strategy including business development, program analysis, internal reporting and partner fund tracking for EM markets.
    • Drive alignment and best practices application across regions and shared functions to implement the B2B Channel & Alliances strategy globally.
    • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to anticipate customer needs, features and functional requirements that will enable GVCC strategy.
    • Develop strong strategic alliances with Zoom, Apple, Google and Microsoft.
    • Manage joint marketing efforts with Alliance partners and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) of the Logitech value proposition, assisting sales engagement opportunities with alliance partners by creating co-branded partner-focused content, sales enablement materials and competitive positioning.
    • Coordinate and drive the interaction between the alliance partner, Logitech Marketing and Business Group teams at regional and local level in order to plan the participation in partner-focused events and tradeshows.
    • Creation of channel offers/promotions, joint sales pursuit, seeding and trial/pilot program, use of demo centers to generate awareness. Develop and implement metrics to quantitatively measure the success of the partnership.


    Key Qualifications:

    • Proven years of extensive experience in regional GTM Strategy, channel program management, demand degeneration experience particularly in IT or UCC.
    • Experience in Enterprise Sales & Solution Selling.
    • Experience in managing joint partnerships and managing alliances with companies such as Microsoft, Zoom, Apple, LG, DELL or Google.
    • Great business acumen and exceptional strategic thinking skills balanced with operation and execution capabilities.
    • Ability to comprehend the Logitech portfolio and become a subject matter expert to combine Logitech and the Alliance partner’s solutions, strategy, and product roadmap.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with highly ambitious sales/growth/operations environments.
    • Strong executive presence, communication and interpersonal skills.
    • MBA and/or top-tier Strategy Consulting experience is considered a bonus.
    • Professional in English Language skills (oral & written).


    Preferred Skills:

    • Eagerness to translate high-level business objectives into actions.
    • Excellent communications skills with the ability to synthesize, simplify and explain complex problems to different types of audience including executives.
    • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in a distributed, multi-cultural and multidisciplinary environment.
    • Experience in Networking, Video Collaboration, Software, Cloud, or Infrastructure such as Computer, Network or Storage.
