Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Qatar. They are currently seeking an English- and Arabic-speaking Logistics Lead to manage the pre- and post-contract activities for the logistics on their project in Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Interacting with the client, consultants, and developers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traffic management & logistics submittals are complied with
Following up and reviewing variation orders, budgets, contract agreements and periodic reporting
Managing logistics activities including provisional site access plans, laydown areas, and monitoring the dewatering system
Manging the team to develop, articulate and maintain logistics process documentation
Analysing the financial aspects of proposed logistical changes
PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
7 years’ experience in Logistics Administration, preferably in a large organisation
Excellent understanding of quality management principles
Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic
Previous experience of working in Qatar/GCC region is preferred

Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Qatar. They are currently seeking a Manager to develop and oversee management of the Customer Engagement Model, Community, and Association business, operations, and services for their project in Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading community management customer-centric initiatives to improve communication, customer relations, and increase customer satisfaction by delivering quality-focused solutions whilst liaising with all internal and external stakeholders
Spearheading the Master Community Charge annual budget, apportionment, invoicing, collection and reconciliation exercises and seeking all necessary approvals from all stakeholders whilst achieving annual targets
Maintaining regular communication with the project’s stakeholders via appropriate media, including newsletters, website, etc. and advising on improvements
Building and monitoring a comprehensive client database and service standards
Overseeing owners’ association business and being responsible for the P&L and all other business functions
Leading technical management including the planning of communities and associations and title sub-divisions
Overseeing common areas and unit survey plan management, facility management, business operations and maintenance
PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field, ideally with an MBA or master’s in Public Administration
10 years’ experience in the real estate/city management sector, with at least 2 years in people management roles, with responsibility for a business function
Experience in community management and facility management
Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
Previous experience of working in Qatar/GCC region is preferred
