As an Executive Assistant at Klarna, you will be responsible for anticipating, prioritizing, and organizing all correspondence and activities with clients, partners, internals, C-suites, investors, and beyond. You will be managing administrative tasks within the Go-To-Market and Business Development teams that include an array of cross-company collaborations, external deal-making, and domain development.

You will be responsible for inbox management, coordinating calendar and extensive travel schedule, planning and scheduling events, expenses, action-taking, and agenda planning. You Should Have:

    • Experience in a similar role supporting 2 or more high-level executives for 2+ years
    • Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders including major investors
    • Experience in executing on tight deadlines Experience in administrative & logistics tasks – including and not limited to inbox organization and management, drafting correspondence on behalf of the executive, and mastering the inevitable calendar jenga
    • Proven experience working with sensitive and confidential information
    • Ability to take initiative
    • Excellent G-Suite and Slack skills (experience in Skovik, Jira, and DocuSign is a plus)
    • Fluency in verbal and written English
