ADMINISTRATIVE (Sales department)
Attending the guests/clients *
Pantry and Office supply purchase & restocking them*
Receiving/registering couriers*
Allocating and reassigning sales agent’s sim cards/ updating the package/ cancelling/requesting new sim cards/ monitoring and preparing end monthly usage report/ identifying the over usage/ informing accounts
Monitoring/reporting the agent’s attendance
Looking after the company WhatsApp groups (Key One Agents/Key One Fun/ Easy Deals/ adding Agents/ posting new info or announcements.
Updating Forms/preparing letters or other agreements/contracts related to the Sales Department activity.
Keeping records and updating on the company server.
Being in Support to Sales Director, Team leaders, Agents queries.
Coordinating with the Driver, Photographer, marketing, crm team for Agent support.
Keeping relationships with the selected Developers/ agency contract renewals/ noc for marketing/ inventory availability/ trainings/ etc
Manage company WhatsApp groups /renew Agents Agreements/being point of contact for Developer’s offices/update on availability/NOC/ Marketing Materials for Off plan campaigns.
HUMAN RESOURCE (Sales department)
Responsible for Onboarding/Offboarding Sales Agents only/Masterfile records.
Coordinating and following up on the new candidates’ interviews
Filing and keeping records on HR files of each Agent (police clearance, passport, visa, medical, id, certified diplomas etc)
Coordinating and arranging RERA trainings/ certificates.
Responsible to update the Trakheesi system registering/removing new agents.
Update Company RERA certificate/license/ brokerage cards.
Manage company inventory such as mobile devises/ laptops/ access/parking cards etc.
