Overview / Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Linking as the bridge between the partners and ILG by taking initiative and ensuring the interests of both parties are met.
  • Maintaining close communication with all partners about all aspects of business.
  • Setting up the initial (base) sell out budgets for the market and the partners to start the process of budgeting for the upcoming year and working closely with brand team to finalize sell out budgets.
  • Closely follow up the sellout with partners and ensure the budgets are being achieved every month.
  • Troubleshooting/ aftersales service support to the partners where necessary.
  • Study market conditions and communicate the same with the team where applicable.
  • Visits the stores regularly and coordinate with the partners/ brand team/ marketing etc for any requirements to ensure the point of sale is represented perfectly in terms of products, display space, POSM condition etc.
  • Study competitor activities, product feedback etc and relay the same to the relevant teams.
  • Ensure all promotions are implemented at the right time and the store staff is briefed well on the same.
  • Ensuring that the stock levels on the floor are always maintained and the best sellers are always available.
  • Ensuring optimum stock levels are supplied to the partners through new launches and resupplies in coordination with the brand managers.
  • Managing the ageing stock in the market by suggesting action plan at the right time to reduce stock levels.
  • Ensuring the products are supplied at the right time for Key events like Valentines, Mother’s Day, Eid, ATL marketing activities etc.
  • Ensuring the products are listed on Ecom with partners wherever applicable.
  • Exploring new opportunities and avenues to increase output.
  • Continuously coordinating with brands managers with regards to upcoming product launches, best seller depth, reorders etc.
  • Coordinating with marketing team to plan marketing activities and promotions required for the market.
  • Consolidation of the stock between partners whenever necessary and applicable.
  • QC of return to supplier stock in order to make sure the products are in good condition and packed properly prior to shipment.
