Overview / Job Description

Responsible to undertake the operational activities at the Shawarma, sandwich and wok stations.

To produce shawarma, food from the wok and sandwiches efficiently, adhering to brand standards at all times.

To have a full knowledge on using specific equipment.

To maintain the high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.

To maintain adequate stocks of food and packaging at the station.

To be responsible in anticipating the level of business and produce shawarma, sandwiches and other cooked food, in line with the demand and orders.

To assist the management in maintaining standards by reporting any problem in the surroundings.

To notify the manager of the specific guest needs or requirement.

To ensure that requirements related to Food Safety (ISO 22000:2018), Quality Management (9001:2015) and HSE (ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) are implemented and maintained within the department.

All documents/records related to Food Safety & HSE (where applicable) shall be kept up to date.

Food safety/HSE Policy and objectives, as applicable to the department, to be followed and updated.
To carry-out all other duties & responsibilities assigned to by your Chef, HOD, related to Kitchen Operations in accordance with Company’s Policies & Procedures and any applicable state and Qatar Laws.

Other Requirements : Candidates must be LOCALLY available in Qatar within

One month and must have NOC. Must have Valid Driving License.

Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.

Key Performance Indicators:

– Specialists who help businesses by developing, facilitating and supervising training programs for employees.

– Organize training programs focusing on a variety of topics, including product/ service knowledge, company philosophy, and customer service and leadership skills

– Provide the Skills Training and Up-Skilling Plan including the dates and schedule for the staffs.

– Submit a Continuing Education Plan which shows the planned activities and schedule for workers which include but not limited to language training, financial planning, health/fitness, ICT and internet.

– Act as a facilitator which develops corporate team building facilitations who helps teams find to their team challenges through learning sessions, games, activities, and other shared experiences.

– Organizes employee Birthday celebrations, appreciation days, and even annual holiday team activities.

– Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.

– Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.

– Ensures all training and development activities (department specific and general property training) are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.

– Implement effective and purposeful training methods.

– Makes any necessary adjustments to training methodology and/or re-trains as appropriate and assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
