The ideal candidate will live in the MA/RI area and must be a dependable, quick learner, with strong people skills and a creative problem solver. Strong computer skills are required. The individual should be ambitious and possess both Modular Home Sales AND Field Construction experience. This position is an at-home job with flexibility of hours. Candidate must have the highest level of ethics and integrity.

Position requirements:
In addition to the above, the Outside Sales Manager will be required to have their own computer with high-speed internet access. Mobile phone access is required; an unlimited calling plan is recommended. Choose your own hours but weekdays during prime business hours are recommended.
Expectations from you about the company:
We will provide business cards, marketing material, web-based CRM and email, backend, sales & administrative support. Ideally, 1-2 deals will close a month, but there will be some months with no sales and other months with 3, 4, or more closed. Working full time (approx. 35-45 hours a week) your earnings could range in $80-$100K, to earn $100K+ is real and is dependent on your drive for success. This position pays commission only and is a function of your organizational skills, industry knowledge, and customer management ability.
