To Analyze project scope; identifying the most appropriate techniques & logical sequence of activities to complete project scope
To prepare baseline schedules, drawing schedules & material approval schedules; creating weekly, monthly ‘look ahead” schedules
To administer projects including finalization of technical specifications, procurement, vendor development & manpower planning; implementing cost saving measures to achieve reduction in terms of man days & construction cost
To create Integrated Level-IV Schedule and comparing timeline to all subcontractor schedules
To examine What-If scenarios on Primavera Schedule and sharing impacts with management
To keep track of critical path, floats & lags for creation of realistic schedules; updating & revising the schedule as & when necessary
To Develope Manpower Histogram, S-Curve and Delay Analysis reports
TO track actual work against plan, promptly monitoring report on schedule slippage/unsatisfactory performance and projecting overall progress & forecast; analyzing progress reports against the baseline schedule
To Deliver presentations to senior management for effective project controls implementation in the department
To identify delays associated with projects; conducting root cause analysis and taking mitigation actions
Key Requirements:
To administer operations including manpower & resource planning, material planning, finalization of vendors & manufactures as per client approval and procurement of electrical & mechanical items
To prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly project baselines; monitored and controlled projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of Construction projects
To ensure documentation & preparation for Dispute Expert’s Opinion & Arbitration
To lead the team for the preparation for the claims and variations from the client
To prepare Subcontract Agreement & Joint Venture Agreement and concluded the same in coordination with Commercial Manager
To follow up Subcontractor’s Performance Bonds and Tender Bonds
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent like B Tech, B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
