Job Summary and Qualifications
Primary responsibilities of the Associate Director of ITG for an HCA Healthcare hospital will include, providing technical and managerial leadership in establishing goals and priorities and in the overall management of day to day operations within an HCA hospital. This position is directly involved in design, planning, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of facility infrastructure including telecommunications (as applicable), desktop and server support, and network cabling and wiring. You will ensure continuity and alignment of division Information Technology Group strategic and operational plans and hospital needs.
What you will do in this role:
You will assist in the development of facility ITG capital & operating budgets
Assist in establishing, communicating, monitoring, and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Coordinate the assignment of resources to projects, operations, & incidents
Consult with technical leaders during technical goal setting, prioritization, planning and design for facility technical environment
You will directly be responsible for technical support – maintenance and troubleshooting of facility infrastructure
Coordinate on-site management of facility hardware & software
Assist in managing compliance issues & projects
You will manage information security aspects for the facility
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a healthcare related field is preferred
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT environment with direct supervision or team leadership

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for maintaining detailed subject matter expertise for government programs, such as Meaningful Use, Physician Quality Reporting System, Value-based Modifier, and Medicare Access and Children’s Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act, in the ambulatory healthcare space. The Senior Business Analyst assists with training, management, and support of government programs across the HCA Physician Services enterprise.
What you will do in this role:
Utilize a standardized and consistent approach to the implementation, training, and measurement of government programs across the HCA Physician Services enterprise
Monitor compliance and completion of requirements for government programs and collaborate with the other team members to implement action plans as needed for successful program reporting
Appropriate and timely escalation in a matrix organization
Engage other team members and/or other departments as necessary to mitigate issues and reach resolutions
Implement education plans related to government programs
Directly assist operations staff
Support government programs data submissions
Manage multiple on‐going projects
Manage other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What Qualifications you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree is required
Master’s Degree is preferred
Minimum three to five years of previous relevant work experience in an analyst/IT environment
