We are looking for a Pool Attendant who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Pool & Beach Management Team. Work authorization for this location is required.
Responsibilities
Welcome and orient guests to poolside services. Provide guests with water, amenity service (cool towels, refreshments, sunscreen, etc.), towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Knowledge and Skills
Education:
High School education or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Customer service experience required by position is from six months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
Skills & Abilities:
Customer service oriented, attention to detail, ability to maintain an organized workspace, maintain professionalism and composure in a high-paced, high-volume environment.
