Summary:
Candidate will be responsible for analyzing and translating business requirements and data into analytics and dashboards for our Procurement and Contract Manufacturing Team. This role will also be responsible for expansion of the tool across other business units within the department and so, must have good communication and presentation skills as well the ability to create processes, procedures, reports, identify best practice KPI’s and training documents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop Source to Order reports using ERP and eProcurement system data
Manages optimization and dissemination of our AIC (Spend Cube) data as well as reporting related to Procurement Analytics
Create and execute system and dashboard training for our daily users
Identify and implement KPI’s using our existing system
Look for opportunities to optimize the current configuration and recommends functionality and business process improvements
Manages upgrade and patch activities/communications
Champion’s utilization and expansion of the Coupa Platform throughout the company
Other activities as required by management
Support eProcurement system
Manage and Support IT Systems & Software (e.g. eProcurement, Oracle, SAP)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP and eProcurement Platform including Source to Pay, AIC, Risk Aware and Supplier Information Management modules
Coupa Certification is desired but not required
Experience in an FDA regulated industry Medical Device/Pharmaceutical
Results driven, innovative & creative

The ability to formulate and articulate a strategy and business case and build a tactical path
Comfort/familiarity with constructing presentations, organization communications, and business Cases
Outstanding skills and proven track record of delivering results through collaboration with other functions including Procurement, IT and Operations to ensure that cross-functional objectives are achieved
Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities and projects and execute against planned schedules
Coupa Certification highly desirable
Functional Description
Collects and analyzes supply chain data. Translates data into actionable information. Reports out on KPI’s. Produces reports and presentations. At higher levels drives process improvements. Responsible for data management, data configuration, leading system improvements and implementations. Evaluates data tools. Supports data centric supply chain activities such as cost rolls and new product setup.
