Budget Analyst

Inventory of the historical data of the target annexes and prepare analytical studies / and submit them to the concerned departments in order to prepare the proposed budget ceiling.
Preparing letters of reporting on the specified ceiling from the Supreme Committee for the Financial Policy to the attached entities and the correspondences addressed to them, and submitting them to the senior leadership for review and approval.
Receiving the proposed draft budgets from the attached entities included within the scope of the unit’s work, analyzing it according to the specified time frames, and preparing reports for a study of the budgets.
Communicate with the attached authorities regarding the proposed and approved budgets, and coordinate to hold meetings and periodic visits, to follow up the implementation of laws and circulars related to the budget.
Responding to the inquiries of the attached bodies in accordance with the approved directives regarding the process of preparing annual budgets by various available means, and preparing letters reporting the budget after its approval, attached to the budget implementation visas and the financial law.
Preparing the draft aggregation budget for the attached entities within the scope of the functional competence and submitting it to the head of the unit for review.
Receipt of the distribution of the approved budget on the accounting items from the attached entities using the approved forms and verifying their validity in accordance with the procedures followed.
Receiving monthly reports from the attached authorities, preparing periodic analytical reports related to the implementation of the budget, according to the budget implementation visas, and making notes on them.
Preparing a study of the requests for additional accreditation received from the attached authorities within the scope of the functional competence and submitting them to the head of the unit for review.
Receiving transfer forms between budget chapters received from the attached authorities within the scope of the functional jurisdiction and providing the financial data to take the necessary appropriations according to the procedures followed.
Providing the necessary data for preparing studies and projects for developing the supplementary budget processes and improving performance.
Provide the necessary data to prepare periodic reports on the progress of work, indicate the obstacles and challenges faced by the implementation processes and methods of addressing them, and submit proposals for the development of work procedures.
