Job Description
  • Monitoring the container movement of in transit shipments based on shipping line website and updating in SAP regularly.
  • Ensure the accuracy and prompt update of SAP with all shipping data, especially for Non BRF external suppliers.
  • Ensuring document submission to clearing agent before time.
  • Following PR creation from BD team and doing MIGO (goods receipt) and Uploading stock to system.
  • Checking and moving the container to port location in SAP upon discharge as and creation of Port Expenses Provision.
  • Coordinate and follow up with External suppliers for timely shipment and availability of documents especially ensure stock availability and avoid Demurrage.
  • Maintaining the pipeline details for Non BRF and Co-packing suppliers based on order and shipment mainly used for daily stock report stock projection and Sellable.
  • Perform cost control activities related to customs clearance, these activities include Main focus is on reducing the OPEX cost
  • Upload invoice to Portal for booking.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in Ariba and follow up for approvals for invoices which are not in scope of provision.
  • Communicating to supplier in case of dispute or discrepancy.
  • Ensuring the use of proper GL account and Cost center in Pos.
  • Creation of PRs in Ariba for booking monthly SLA storage and Handling and ensuring accuracy of costs allocated to expense based on GL Account.
  • Controlling the Port, Custom and Freight provision and doing reconciliation and validating against Booking and reporting Regional controlling team for SOX requirements.
  • Ocean Freight cost Addition in PO condition for CIF and FOB shipments.
  • EDI processing for Advance shipping Note and SKU to 3 PL and coordinating the receiving of goods.
Academic Background
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration/Supply chain.
Desirable requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
  • Computer Skills – SAP, MS Office, Ariba.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-control and a good team player.
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, a learner, and able to effectively work within a team.
  • Passionate person, with sense of urgency and responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills for planning.

Experience

Job Description
  • Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Organization’s QHSE management system.
  • Manage the monitoring, measurement and review of internal processes, especially those that affect quality of the products and HSE of people.
  • Manage the quality chain of arrivals of stock, to ensure the stocks quality in the stores, according to the local authorities and customers standards and objectives.
  • Reduce the stakeholder’s complaints and market returns due to quality issues.
  • Support in Internal and External Audits
  • Effective communication with clients and frequent visit to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of quality & service level
  • Be 100% Compliant to Gov rules and regulation when it comes to Quality and HSE.
  • Manage & review monthly KPI’s like Budget Adherence, OTIF, GMP, Lost Accidents, Devolution, PBS, Drivers Safety Scorecard, Stock Freshness Adherence, Inventory Days, Productivity Score
Academic Background
  • Graduation in Engineer (Food, Agriculture) / Bachelor’s degree in Food science, Microbiology, Biochemistry or Biotechnology.
  • Advantage: HACCP, BRC, ISO
