Responsibilities for rigging supervisor
Ensures all operators and rigging crew are qualified to operate and conduct rigging while maintaining their qualification records
Maintains and upkeeps all maintenance and certification records on all lifting machinery and equipment
Commitment towards a safe working environment
Adhering to project completion goals
Supervising, mentoring and performance managing work crews of 40+
Coordinating and delegating tasks in accordance with a project schedule
Preparing estimates for both live & tender stage scaffold projects
Actively participating in the running of daily toolbox talks and pre-starts
Delivering and communicating continuous improvement initiatives
Initiating work tasks and preparing work fronts
Qualifications for rigging supervisor
Prior experience in the audio visual and/or hospitality industry
ETCP Certification and Aerial Work Platform Certification required
CM-ET Maintenance training certification required
Must be able to plan ahead and prioritize
Must be able to adapt effectively to change
Proven Organizational, Inter-Personal and Customer Service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: QAR5,000.00 – QAR55,000.00 per month
