All About Presentation, an international event management company, is looking for a few amazing production assistants to assist with executing several ROCK-STAR events.

The Production Assistant (PA) makes things happen! Always in the right place at the right time with the right equipment and materials, the All About Presentation PA is eager to learn more about the event industry. While a typical PA has less than 3 years of full-time event experience, the right candidate will either have studied and received a certificate or degree in event planning and/or a beginner-level understanding of event terms and operations.

  • Manage online event registration by setting up the registration website, monitor registration numbers, provide suggestions and ideas on increasing attendants, look for trends, track and report on registration counts.
  • Research, request pricing and confirm vendors
  • Recruit, request, and follow-up with potential event sponsors
  • Manage sponsor benefits
  • Manage exhibitors by creating floor plans for virtual and exhibit booths
  • Communicate directly with exhibitors on booth location, passes, and answer questions.
  • Provide technical assistance to virtual event attendees
  • Provide support to the technical director by creating production notes and the run of show document
  • Provide exceptional client management by taking notes, scheduling and managing meetings, and sending reports as requested.


Previous Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree – hospitality or event degree a plus
  • Previous event experience required


  • Google Apps for Business
  • MS Office
  • Working knowledge of Zoom, Google Hangouts, and other virtual platforms
  • Adobe Photoshop or other photo editing software, a plus

Event Knowledge

  • Novice level understanding of event terms
  • Novice level understanding with event operations

Work Hours: Standard 8:30a – 5:00p, flexible based on event schedule
